Product Description:

Wine made from vineyards of the Macabeo variety, grown organically. The Macabeo vineyards are found in the hills of the southern area of the Vega del Rio Magro, cultivated traditionally, in goblet form, with a density of 1600 vines hectares in dry land and with an average age of 25 years—soils of medium depth, rugged, calcareous and clayey composition.

Tasters notes: 

Cava first conquers us with its aromas of ripe fruit, which after a few seconds in the glass delivers notes of dried fruit. Its carbonic quality is appreciated as a fine and elegant detachment from the first moment in the glass, to show us its great integration and creaminess in the mouth, only interrupted by that fresh and slightly bitter end note.
